  He still get the money when he begs for it. That is concerning.

  And he’ll always have that core of 50 - 100 hardcore cedarites who will always be up to sending him money. His short term and long term issues are the remaining 300 - 350 current patrons who thought he needed the money, was providing a vital pro bono service, wanted the Patreon perks or were simply pressured into it by his constant pleading.

  His begging charade in January came at a price and we’re seeing the bill come due in a few short days. He made two key mistakes imo. One - he insisted he could do something else if he wanted to. There’s more than a few who are calling him on that bluff. If he’s in that dire of straits then go get this job he said he could get and check in a couple times a month with a video like everyone else does. Two - he set two red lines as far as Patreon support goes. 500 was a bit of a stretch right now and even then he said he’d only “break even”. Hardly an inspiring thing to say to his donors, many of whom were already higher tier. Then he sets a ridiculous goal of 620 that no one has any illusions he’s going to meet. He’s effectively outted himself as having an opulent lifestyle when he was at 889 patrons. He never needed that many.

  He has inadvertently set off a chain of events that is going to require cash infusions every two or three months. He’s already at the point where he needs to make another plea as he has blown through the $1000 given to him and he’s only 4 patrons over what he had in January. His support has been cannibalised and every subsequent begging event he’s going to get fewer and fewer people taking the bait.

  I'm not that good with the technical side of this site; can someone advise how to post a .pdf file?

  I used https://ufile.io/. It is free, and you just drag the pdf over to the box it instructs you to. Then copy the link. It’s free but the catch is they only put it up for 30 days. That should be sufficient.

  If you still need help, reach out to me or LEP and we can provide emails you can send the pdf to, and we’ll upload it and send you back the link to post here.

  I am interested in seeing this information and also have your take on it. I hope JeffT will examine it since that seems to be the info he was seeking, and give his professional take.

  For the record, though he didn’t make six figures last year for obvious reasons, the years of 2019 - 2021 really interest me. Especially since he was taking 15K from an Australian couple and even more from various donors for his holiday and was getting funded for his earthquake relief damaged chimney. I think this information would be valuable, especially to people still inclined to support him. It’s rather sick to see someone in all probability being the wealthiest person in the room relying on donations from the same people to facilitate his travel expenses.

  Expenses were pretty high for someone who used grannny’s basement and his own home studio for most of the year. The rental on Ramacro will factor into some increased expenses, but it’s not like anyone demanded he rent a space specifically for his studio.

  Also: these financials are only what he reported. I doubt he reports PayPal donations, green handshakes or money collected for “expenses” at his meetups.

  This is completely insane. 2013 Lloyd Evans with a handful of YT videos and a silly survey no one took seriously was going to make media contacts overnight in a country where he couldn't speak the language. Was he planning on having his wife interpret or just cold-call them in English and ask to be put through to an investigative reporter?

  For those who are interested in some idle entertainment and a general idea what JW Lloyd was up to when he arrived in Croatia on 31 August 2009 to 7 October 2009, there is this blog.

  There's a lot of simple anecdotes, but a few things are clear: Dijana's parents did not appear to have any health problems. They were always at work, tending to and killing chickens, harvesting corn (Dijana's grandfather even helped), tending to the garden and his father-in-law was helping him finish his attic apartment and was even working on extending his shed with Lloyd. I'd say they were more active than most people their age in western countries.

  Also, Dijana appears to have a huge extended family, with Lloyd commenting that she had "millions of cousins" and spoke of staying at her grandfather's and uncle's place.

  Because if this Geoff ever comes clean, then Lloyd has already painted a picture that Lloyd was the victim here.

  And here's the rub... It might not be necessarily Geoffrey he needs to worry about. Lloyd gave details of Geoffrey's misdeeds, including him marking his own sister for dating before her divorce was final and enforcing it on people who were seen anywhere with her, including Lloyd. Anyone who went to Bramhall or a nearby congregation reading his book would know PRECISELY who he was speaking about when he says "Geoffrey".

  His singular focus on Geoffrey "poisons the well" as sbf said, so if anyone who knew about it and confronted Lloyd, he had a ready retort. "You must have heard those lies from Geoffrey, and I documented all the reasons why he has an axe to grind against me".

  The fact that he does turn up the volume on Geoffrey lends credence that what he did was known in Bramhall. If not, why worry about being blackmailed?

  The claim he himself made that he included details in his book to prevent someone from blackmailing him?

  I find it curious that he spent a few pages going over the misdeeds of the evil elder “Geoffrey” before segueing right into him being caught sexting as if they were related or consecutive events.
  
  He spent maybe a few sentences explaining what he did, but pages on Geoffrey. Almost like he was priming his readers to accept his version of events and to believe Geoffrey had an axe to grind. He REALLY wanted his readers to know how bad this guy was and how he wanted to get Lloyd.

  He was clear about the sexting incident and what subsequently happened. To completely omit that she left him and the UK is one hell of a distortion of reality. However, it is consistent with those who feel something a lot worse than sexting a random online stranger happened.

  It’s also notable in the book that while he didn’t want to involve elders (police??), she was adamant the elders get involved. He clearly didn’t like that, and refused to do so in Bramhall because of Geoffrey.

  Raymond Frantz - Didn’t you say that the JC was in Bramhall, not Wilmslow? If so, that’s another lie and you have to wonder what he’s covering up.

  The part about the poor health of her parents was also likely not true. Dijana has to be in her late 30s by now and subtract 13 from that puts her in her mid to late 20s in 2009. Assuming her parents had her in their 20s, that would have put them in the late 40s, early 50s age group in 2009. Hardly people who qualify as having “health problems” due to old age. Another lie or exaggeration.

  I too have serious doubts regarding the veracity of his account of his sexting scandal in the UK. And if Dijana did tell Kim she fled the country and Lloyd flew in to woo her back, that changes things entirely. It would confirm a detail “Marko” stated and this is directly in conflict with Lloyd’s account.

  I think by now it should be obvious something big happened and it went beyond sexting another adult. That is a minor offence in the JWs and hardly a reason to pick up and leave the way he did. He might have lost privileges but it’s generally not a disfellowshipping offence provided he was repentant. His stated reasons for moving to Croatia don’t mesh and there seems to be another big reason why he moved there that he’s not telling us. Add in the strange nature of his JC being attended by a branch rep and his whole narrative is shot to hell about this being just about a sexting incident between consenting adults.
